The Town of Stratford ("Town") on behalf of its Public Works Department (DPW) is seeking competitive bids from qualified suppliers to furnish and deliver one (1) commercial grade trailer mounted asphalt hot box as specified. Alternative make and model equipment meeting all specifications may be considered and accepted at the sole discretion of the Town. Bid Bond / Payment and Performance Bonds Bonds are not required to be submitted. The Town reserves the right to waive any minor deviation in proposal responses received when such waiver is in the best interests of the Town, and reserves the right to modify any requirements, terms or conditions as outlined in this request for proposal when such modification(s) is in the best interests of the Town.
