As of May 9, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The Town of Stratford is seeking qualifications from prospective consultants to provide professional engineering services for the study, design and construction for stormwater improvements at the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) located at the intersection of Beacon Point Road and Birdseye Street, Stratford, CT. Proposed improvements are eligible for FEMA funding; therefore, the selected consultant must have demonstrated knowledge of applicable regulations to perform work under the requirements of the grant funding. This procurement involves federal financial assistance and shall be CFR Title 44, emergency management compliant and subject to procurement standards found at 2 CFR 200.317 through 200.326: Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
