The City of Belle Meade is seeking a qualified engineering firm to develop an asset management plan for its Sanitary Sewer Collection System ("the System"). This project is being funded by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), under the State Water Infrastructure Grants (SWIG) program, utilizing American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant funding. The project must meet all requirements of the grant program. Proposals must contain evidence of the engineering firm's specific experience and qualifications in project management and development of asset management plans for other local governments or utilities meeting the requirements of the Tennessee Asset Management Plan Guide. Evidence of other abilities or disciplines directly related to the proposed services should also be provided for consideration. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
