Lawn Care Bid Bids will be a set amount to mow and trim all Units (1, 2 and 3) at the Elementary School and trim only Units 4, 5 and 6 at the Jr/Sr High School. The areas are divided so that any specific area may be mowed and/or trimmed as an individual unit. Bidders are to provide a bid for each individual unit as described. The lawn contractor will provide a monthly invoice detailing the cost of the units that were mowed/trimmed to the district. The invoice will be paid upon approval by the maintenance supervisor. Scheduling for mowing each unit must be cleared with the Maintenance Supervisor. The district may mow any area at any time if needed. A 60-day termination agreement will be established for each party. Bid may be renewed at the end of this contract if both parties are in agreement. Hillman Elementary School - MOW AND TRIM Unit 1 (Front) - This area will include the front circle, tennis court, ditch area and the library at the elementary school. Unit 2 (Back) - This area will include the baseball and softball grounds at the elementary school location all the way to the north drive. Unit 3 - This area will include the grounds at the elementary school from the north drive west to far side of the playground. Hillman Jr/Sr High School - TRIM WORK ONLY Unit 4 - This area will include both sides of the front lawn and area around the high school and the grounds around the booster building, football field and west of the parking lots all the way to Coombs Road. This will also include the softball/baseball fields and area around them at the high school all the way to M-32. Winner will be determined by the total bid of all six units. The Hillman Community Schools Board of Education maintains the right to reject any or all bids.
