Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stony Brook, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Reconstruct North Library/Toll Drive Plaza Site and Utilities project at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. This Project will reconstruct a pedestrian plaza area near North Library and Student Union along Toll Drive. Site work includes concrete and asphalt paving, retaining walls, planters, grounds repair and site utility repair and reconfiguration including but not limited to: storm water management, sanitary, high voltage and low voltage electrical systems and minor water proofing of adjacent building foundations.
