The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Rehabilitate Exterior Envelope Social & Behavior Science (SBS) Building project at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. The Project will include design and construction related services for the removal and replacement of all exterior windows, storefront, entry doors, and EPDM roof. Associated repairs to brick, exterior flashing systems, and interior surfaces that are disturbed during removal and replacement of the new windows and doors. Replacement of the existing EPDM roof system with built-up roof system is included.
