No one has been awarded yet.** Facilities Management Administration, 385 S 1275 W, Cedar City, UT 84720 The SUU Purchasing Office will only accept bids from contractors who attend the Pre-bid meeting. Pre-bid meetings will be held to explain our procurement requirements. All pre-bid meetings must be attended by an authorized representative of the contractor. Failure to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on- time and for the duration of the meeting shall result in the disqualification of the contractor. Discussions amongst authorized representatives after the pre-bid conference or site visit has ended are strongly discouraged.
