Preventive Maintenance of La Joya ISD Solar Photovoltaic Arrays The term for this proposal is from School Board approval date through May 31, 2026. La Joya I.S.D. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or select the proposal deemed most advantageous to the District as determined by the District. Proposals received are subject to negotiation between La Joya I.S.D. and submitting firms. La Joya I.S.D. reserves the right to negotiate any aspect of the specifications or submittal as it best serves the needs of the District. Any questions or inquiries related to this solicitation shall be made no later than April 5, 2024 and e-mailed to a.pena3@lajoyaisd.net. The La Joya I.S.D. reserves the right to review all insurance policies pertaining to this proposal item(s) to guarantee that the proper coverage is obtained by the vendor.
