Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes but is not limited to the following: demolition, excavation, asphalt paving, concrete walk, landscaping, storm-water structures and pipes. In addition to the paving and restoration work, the project includes Alternate work related to storm-water management and grading to support a proposed Building Addition. The building addition will be a separate project to be completed by the district. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance and Payment Bond must be furnished by the successful Bidder prior to execution of the contract. The deadline for questions to the engineer is April 15, 2024. Selinsgrove Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or bidding irregularities, to delete or reduce any bid item, and to award the contract as may be deemed to be in their best interest.
