Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,432-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Project consists of 1,432 Sq. Ft., masonry bearing with brick veneer wall construction with one personal door and one overhead door, addition to existing building. Bids for the following prime construction contractors shall be accepted: 1. Site Construction. 2. General Construction. 3. HVAC Construction. 4. Electrical Construction Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. Bid security shall be in the form of a bid bond or certified check made payable to Selinsgrove Area School District. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and Labor & Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent of the Base Bid. The cost of these bonds shall be included as part of the base bid price. No individual sureties will be allowed. Surety must be licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Selinsgrove Area School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
