This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified firms interested in completing a Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan Update for the City of Fitchburg, comprised of the following: 1. Review and update the 2017 City of Fitchburg Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan to include completed projects and achievements 2. Review and incorporate recommendations from applicable City plans 3. Develop new and/or revise program and operations recommendations 4. Public involvement Proposals shall consist of six elements, detailed further in the RFP document: 1) cover letter; 2) firm(s) general description; 3) firm(s) general experience, approach, and personnel; 4) qualifications of firm(s) personnel; 5) costs; 6) timeline. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
