The Project is located at 2450 Road 20, San Pablo, and is described as follows: Remove the clay tile roof to the structural deck on the City s Community Center located at 2450 Road 20; repair any dry rot or damaged materials; and install new owner-supplied underlayment, aluminum standing seam metal roof system and appurtenances, and gutters and downspouts. Approximately 9,500 sf of clay tiles are to be replaced with the new metal roof.
