Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Clara, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For Audio/Video Equipment Installation, in accordance with Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Procurement Department. This is a Public Work and will require Prevailing Wages to be paid. The Work will consist of Audio/Video Equipment Installation. Please refer to Exhibit C, Section III, Scope of Service for more information. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Contractor shall procure all hardware/equipment listed, or approval equal, under Exhibit A, Section III for the Audio/Video equipment installation (Please see 'ITB Bid Response Pricing Form' for more details). All equipment needs to be new and unused. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara." For ORIGINAL Bid Bond drop-off, please call 408-491-7435 when you arrive at the front lobby. For ORIGINAL Bid Bond mailed through a 3rd party carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS), please email the tracking number to the Procurement Officer fenny.hou@prc.sccgov.org prior to bid due date. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING REQUIREMENT The Contractor must possess a C7 - Low Voltage Systems Contractor's License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15.
