Site work and paving for a road / highway in Augusta, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of Full Depth Patching, Chip Seal, Double Chip Seal and Microsurfacing. Bidders will have until November 1, 2024 to complete the work. Notice to Proceed will be issued after bids have been evaluated by staff and accepted by City Council A bid deposit in the form of certified check on A solvent kansas bank or a satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal To five percent (5%) of the total bid price must accompany the bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 30 days after the date Of the opening of bids. Bidders shall direct all questions concerning the plans and contract documents to Anthony Craft at 316-775-4510 or at acraft@augustagov.org. The right is reserved by the City to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein, to determine which is the lowest and best bid most suitable to the city and to approve the bonds
