The project includes, but is not limited to, the time and material-based tasks at the following locations Rehabilitation of County Pump Stations to potentially include structural, mechanical, electrical, and site improvements. Upgrades and improvements at County Wastewater Treatment Plants to potentially include structural, mechanical, electrical, and site improvements. Work at the Delaware Coastal Airport & Business Park including various pavement, electrical, drainage, utility and site improvements. Sewer System legacy expansions including miscellaneous pavement repair projects addressing trench settlement and related infrastructure repairs. Work in the Western Sussex Sewer District Area including legacy sewer collection systems and pump station repairs. A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid price shall be required to be submitted with the Bid. In addition, performance and payment bonds, or an acceptable alternative in accordance with the Contract Documents, shall be required to enter this Contract.
