This Contract is for the upgrade and installation of the Audio-Visual Systems in the Soda Fountain Pavilion inside Irvine Regional Park. Contractor shall furnish all staffing, labor, equipment, and incidentals required for Installation of Audio-Visual Systems. Services shall be provided on an as-needed basis as required by County. This project will be a comprehensive upgrade and replacement of the current equipment and their capabilities. This is to include the audio video projector & screen, the audio systems speakers & sound controls, the wiring infrastructure, the sources and controls, a lockable configuration rack, a wireless in-wall control panel, and all setup & configurations for each component. A list of products is provided in this document and needs to be sourced out as the items listed. If there is a need to change the item that is listed, it will need to be discussed and change out to a product equal to or a superior product. More information is listed below under the title Equipment. Question Deadline 04/10/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Bidders are not to contact other County personnel with any questions or clarifications concerning this IFB. If clarification or interpretation of this solicitation is considered necessary by County, a written addendum shall be issued and the information will be posted on the County's online bidding system. Contractor shall provide the following:
1. Purchase of new audio-visual systems. Contractor shall provide a written quote and
obtain authorized County approval. Contractor under no circumstance shall provide
any commodities without prior written authorized County approval.
2. Preventive Maintenance
3. Warranty on Contractor provided equipment and labor: One (1) year warranty from
date of invoice on all defective equipment that includes labor to replace and/or repair
at the discretion of the manufacturer. After one (1) year warranty expiration, the labor
to diagnose, repair or replace is NOT included, regardless of the original equipment
manufacturers Warranty period.
