Renovation of a medical facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
To provide all labour, equipment and materials for the fit-up of the Ottawa Public Health Dental Clinic located at 255 Centrum Boulevard, Orleans Ontario. A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price from a surety company in a form that is acceptable to the City. The successful Bidder shall achieve Completion of the Work no later than 15 December 2024. The City may accept any Bid, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all Bids.
