Project Title: Upgrade Maintenance Fire and Security Alarm System at Scotts Bluff National Monument Project Description: The National Park Service (NPS), Contracting Operations (ConOps) Central, NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for work to provide all labor, equipment, and material for the upgrade for the out-of-date fire detection system and integrate a new security/intrusion alarm system in the Maintenance Building. The existing fire detection system is inadequate and currently lacks the ability to automatically notify emergency services. The existing fire alarm system will be removed from the Maintenance Building while leaving existing pathways in place for reuse. The project will include Fire control panel, annunciator, fire/ heat detectors, smoke detectors, manual alarm pulls, fire alarm bell, as well as add security/ intrusion control panel, intrusion sensors, CCTV camera DVR system, and cameras.
