Site work for a water / sewer project in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction services including sewer maintenance and repair, roads and highways and excavation and backfill services, levee and dam construction and digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, equipment rental or lease, and energy conservation 30120 Roads and landscape material including asphalts and road and railroad construction materials and soil stabilizers and artificial turf and construction aggregates including rock, gravel, and sand 72141 Paving service including highway paving and road paving and infrastructure building services and parking lot and surfacing services. The Work comprises raising and lowering of manholes, valves, and monuments in relation to West Jordan's planned pavement overlay areas. Some storm drain manholes will require modification to facilitate the overlay operations. Pavement overlay work will be performed by others. In addition to the overlay utilities, there are several manholes and valves throughout the City that are in need of being unburied from prior years' overlays as well as many manhole or valve collars that need to be reconstructed. The City is seeking bids for the 2024 Overlay Manhole Raising Project. The work comprises raising and lowering of manholes, valves, and monuments in conjunction with the planned pavement overlay.
