The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified firms to supply, deliver and test activated carbon for odor control for Wastewater Collection and Treatment Facilities, on an as and when requested basis (the "Goods"). The proposed period of this standing offer will commence on Date of Authorization until 31 May 2025. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers received, and to seek clarification from one or more Respondents on the contents of their submission.
