**As of April 30, 2024, This project has been awarded to American Asphalt of Wisconsin , with the awarded amount of $50,562.60.** Resurfacing Whitecap Cove 4 mile with, 4MT 58-28 HMA, 2" thickness, 10-5 "per lane and 2'-5" per shoulder. Including a 3 cul-de-sac at termination. Work to include shaping, fine grading of base layer, and laying, hot and cold rolling of asphalt and all traffic control required by MUTCD. All work shall meet WisDot Specifications. Upon completion, the contractor shall provide certification of work meeting 10 life as expectancy required by LRIP.
