The project is located at various locations in the Village of Wilmette, Cook County, Illinois. The project includes Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) alley reconstruction at up to seven alley locations (up to 6,100 square yards or 0.70 miles), brick street reconstruction at two locations (up to 2,800 square yards or 0.19 miles), brick roadway patching (approximately 13,000 square feet), and brick sidewalk patching (approximately 1,000 square feet) at various locations. Questions received by the Village, including the Village's responses will be consolidated and posted electronically. The deadline for submitting questions is 2:00 pm local time 04/04/2024. Bidders will provide written acknowledgment of each addendum issued with their submitted bid. Oral explanations will not be binding. No clarifications, interpretations or addenda shall be issued after 2:00 pm local time on 04/08/2024. Substantial completion shall be defined as completion of all work except for punch list items of work and sod placement, if applicable, when the substantial completion date is prior to September 29, 2024.
