Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Altona, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation. ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for exterior refresh, site work and mechanical as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). The work is being done in a six-plex located at 55 Centre Ave W in Altona, MB. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction. A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Appendix 5 of Schedule A (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Appendix 5 of Schedule B (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement.
