The successful Proponent must provide architectural and/or engineered drawings, as applicable. b) Pre-Construction: Obtain all necessary permits and approvals. Prepare the site for construction, including any required demolitions or relocations. Order and procure all materials. c) Construction Phase: Perform all construction activities as per the approved design plans. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control. d) Post-Construction: Perform final inspections and quality checks. Complete any required touch-ups or corrections. Ensure site is clean and safe. Provide a final project report and handover all relevant documentation. e) Project Management: Assign a dedicated project manager to oversee all aspects of the project. Maintain regular communication with Town of Altona to ensure transparency and address any concerns promptly.
