Medical Center of Americas Clinic General Project Information Based on general information and an aerial photograph provided by our Client, we understand that the project consists of the design and construction of a single-story building to be located at 4240 Alameda Avenue in south central El Paso, El Paso County, Texas. We understand that the building shall be a single-story structure with an approximate footprint of 10,500 square feet. We anticipate that the building shall include metal roof system supported by steel columns and walls shall be formed with metal stud framing with exterior EIFS finishes. Site work is anticipated to include curbing, sidewalks, landscaping and driveway and parking areas. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adjust this Schedule of Events as it deems necessary. If necessary, the City will communicate adjustments to any event in the Schedule of Events in the form of an amendment.
