WORK DESCRIPTION: Annual contract to engage the services of a licensed and bonded contractor to provide services to fix, repair, replace, make code upgrades and provide new installations to existing and new City of Salem sites as directed by the Facilities Services Division. The successful bidder will provide all the materials and labor necessary to perform this work. The work project shall include analysis and recommendations regarding current and/or future requested usage of the buildings/building layout, traffic flow, power usage and related operational functional issues concerning the various City of Salem's sites.
