Site work for a water / sewer project in Waterloo, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes the construction of new 300mm transmission watermain and replacement of the existing local 150mm watermain on Mill Creek Road. Removal of the existing watermain and installation of a dual use watermain on Samuelson Street, and the installation of an interconnect watermain on Elgin Street between Linnwood Ave and Hilltop Drive. The watermains listed above are to be installed by a combination of open-cut methods, including usage of a trench box to limit the proximity to the 10" high pressure gas main, and horizontal directional drilling for the Franklin Boulevard and Mill Creek box culvert crossings.
