Renovation of a multi-residential development in Corry, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of the County of Erie will receive sealed bids for Siding Replacement at Marvin J. Schick Apartments in North East, Pa and West Court Apartments and Random Court Houses in Corry, Pa. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, the following major items of construction and/or renovation. 1. Remove the following materials from building: Vinyl siding and accessories House wrap Gable vents Rangehood exhaust vents Dryer exhaust vents Cameras (reinstall) Dormer fascia First story soffit Porch light fixture Downspouts (reinstall) 2. Install %" foamboard insulation R-3, under first story eve. 3. Install new house wrap. 4. Install new white F-channel and white, solid, vinyl soffit and porch light. 5. Install new starter strip, corners, J-channel, J-boxes for cameras, new gable vents, new dryer exhaust vents with damper and new rangehood exhaust vents with damper. 6. Caulk around windows, install 2x4's around windows, and wrap with coil stock and J-channel. 7. Install new 044, double 4 vinyl siding with 1.5" galvanized nails every 16 inches into wall studs.
