Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is issued by the City of Charlotte ("City") to acquire the services of a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) for three separate projects which include, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) Northwest Division Station, the Charlotte Fire Department Firehouse #11 Replacement, and Charlotte Fire Department Firehouse #46 Infill Station. The City is accepting Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") from Firms whose combination of relevant experience and personnel will provide timely professional services to the City for these projects. Firms will have the choice to submit responses for one, two or all three projects but need to prioritize their interest by assigning a rating of one to three for each of the projects.
