The City of Meadville requests bids for the Bicentennial Park - Playground & Parking Improvements (Contract No. 12021-2023- 05). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. The contract work shall include furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and all appurtenant items necessary to provide a complete and finished project. A sixty day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required.
