Gallitzin Rehabilitate Water Treatment Facilities The Gallitzin Water Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informality Therein. Bidders on This Work Will Be Required to Comply With the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Which Prohibits Discrimination in Employment Regarding Race, Creed, Color, Sex or National Origin. Pa State Wage Rates Will Apply and Contractors Must Demonstrate Implementation of the " Six Good Faith Efforts " to Identify and Solicit Dbe Firms That Are Potential Sources for Any Procurement Action in the Areas of Project Construction, Equipment, Services, and Supplies by Including State Qualified Small Businesses, and Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises in the Bidding Process. Bidders Must Certify That They Do Not, and Will Not, Maintain or Provide for Their Employees Any Facilities That Are Segregated on a Basis of Race, Color, Creed or National Origin. Any Contractor Submitting a Bid on This Project Hereby Certifies, Indicates and Acknowledges That He Has a License and Meets All the Qualifications Required by the Statutes of the State and Subdivision in Which the Work is to Be Performed.
