Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in La Porte, Indiana. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.

McClung Road Pressure Sewer System Extension Installation of approximately 5,200 linear feet of 1-1/4" through 4" pressure sewers, sanitary laterals, and associated components, such as isolation valves, flushing stations, and air release valve stations. Installation of approximately 23 grinder pump stations, service laterals, and associated components, such as grinder station control panels, and curb stop check valve assemblies. This project consists of a pressure sewer extension along McClung Road to serve a proposed apartment complex near the intersection of State Road 39 and W Severs Road. Question Deadline 04/26/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. As indicated in the Advertisement for Bids 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
