Remodel Physical Therapy Area of the Choctaw Memorial Hospital to Include Reception Area and Treatment Rooms RECEPTION AREA: DEMO: Remove half glass wall between existing reception area and physical therapy area. Remove wall sections in NE corner of physical therapy room where sink is located. Remove approximately 9' if upper cabinets in new reception area. Remove water fountain from hallway. INSTALL: Reroute supply and drain lines to install sink in NE corner of physical therapy room. Sink supplied by the hospital. Build half wall with half door between new physical therapy room and reception area Install doors from cabinets removed to complete cabinets that are going to stay in the reception area. Fix any sheetrock behind where cabinets were removed to make ready for texture and paint TREATMENT ROOMS DEMO: Remove Door # (2) middle doorway from treatment rooms. Remove Ceiling tiles and grids. Remove (2) interior walls approximately 8'x10'. Remove sink from room (2) INSTALL:
