The work will consist of all labor, equipment, and materials needed for full width mill, base repairs (as needed), and supply and install of Superpave 9.5mm wearing course to a 1.5" compacted thickness. Bidders must conform to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act if the construction costs of the project exceed $100,000. Bidders must also conform to the General Conditions and detailed Specifications in the bid package including Special Conditions to Contract MS944. Only questions submitted online via shall be considered. Responses will be provided on the website and be visible to all Bidders. Any changes to the scope or specifications will be provided as an Addendum and notice will be given to Bidders through the website via email. No responses will be provided for requests received after 12:00 pm on April 26, 2024 Bids will be publicly awarded at 7:00 PM on May 21,2024 (local time), at the Bechtelsville Borough Hall at 16 Railroad Street, Bechtelsville, PA 19505. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, NonCollusion Affidavit, and Contractor's Qualification Statement. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough.
