The City of Dickson will be accepting sealed bids for the Demolition of a Municipal Aquatic Facility. The City of Dickson hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises, female owned businesses and minority owned businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability in consideration for an award. The City of Dickson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in a bid, to make award to more than one bidder, to accept any part or all of a bid, or to accept that bid or bids which in the judgement of the governing authority is in the best interest of the City of Dickson.
