The Work comprises of: Lakeview Drive from roundabout to Winnipeg River East Branch Bridge: Surface and Storm Sewer works - approximately 490 metres; Superior Street from 6th Street to 10th Street: Surface and Storm Sewer works approximately 445 metres; 10th Street from Hwy 17 to Ottawa Street: Surface and Storm Sewer works - approximately 400 metres; 6th Street South from 4th Avenue South to 7th Avenue South: Surface works approximately 260 metres; 6th Avenue South from 5th Street South to 6th Street South: Surface works - approximately 120 metres; 14th Avenue North From 6th Street North to 9th Street North: Surface works - approximately 200 metres; Back Lane between 1st Street South and 2nd Street South from 5th Avenue South to 7th Avenue South: Surface works - approximately 300 metres. Bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price; and Consent of Surety in the form of an Agreement to Bond for a Performance Bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Tender Price and a Labour and Material Payment Bond for fifty percent (50%) of the Total Tender Price.
