Renovation of an educational facility in Lebanon, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovation the Learning Center at Southside. Wilson County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any portion of any bid, or to accept any bid other than the bid with the lowest cost meeting specifications. All inquiries/questions must be received by end of day April 10, 2024 in writing via email to Brittany Bills at billsb@wcschools.com. Items included in this renovation include but are not limited to the following: o Sidewalk installation. o Gutter & downspout replacements. o Installation of interior door in existing wall. o Old classroom cabinetry demo and install of new. o Replacement of all exterior doors. o Replacement of front entry door. o Epoxy flooring installed in 7 restrooms, 1 closet, & 1 laundry room. o Demo and replacement of 3 restroom partitions. o Demo and replacement of 8 toilets, 1 urinal, & 7 sinks.
