Site work, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in Carrollton, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of July 9, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Dallas Water Utilities Service Center at 12000 Greenville and Miscellaneous Restroom Renovations. The scope of services is defined by the Contract Documents which includes Specifications, Plans and Special Provisions. The Project will include but is not limited to the construction of. Project Close-Out September, 2026 . Project Description: DWU project for a new 26,260 SF 2-story concrete tilt-up panel building and site improvements of approximately 12.9 -acres. The project also includes renovations of the existing locker/restroom will consist of replacing and relocating deteriorated walls, finishes and plumbing fixtures to meet TAS requirements at DWU facilities in Carrolton and Dallas. Office Business Areas 16,245 Gross SF Training Assembly Area 1,239 Gross SF Warehouse Area 4,180 Gross SF Support Area (storage rooms) 214 Gross SF Question Deadline 04/29/2024 at 4:00 PM CT. Project related questions shall be submitted in Bonfire no later Cashier's check or acceptable Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Dallas in an amount of not less than five percent of total Bid submitted must accompany Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price. Insurance shall be furnished according to Item 103.4 of the City of Dallas Addendum to North Central Texas Standard Specification for Public Works Construction, Latest Edition. City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DEADLINE. SUBMISSIONS TRANSMITTED BY MAIL OR EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
