Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Carrollton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Coyote Ridge project consists of removing 930 square yards of street pavement and other miscellaneous items, installing 620 linear feet of 18-inch and 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe , a 6-foot x 5-foot stainless steel flap gate on an existing box culvert outfall, and 5-foot diameter storm drain manhole, repairing 930 square yards of 6-inch street pavement including 8-inch-thick layer of flex base, and restoration of the project area to pre-project conditions. The Furneaux Creek project consists of removing approximately 222 square yards of concrete sidewalk and approximately 330 square yards of concrete/wire erosion mats, re-grading of site, installing approximately 216 square yards of concrete sidewalk with integral curb, approximately 70 square yards of concrete flume, approximately 20 square yards of curbed concrete outfall channel, a sidewalk culvert with steel plate, and approximately 1,674 square yards of 9-inch gabion mattress. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in an omission of a response to the question. Questions submitted after the above deadline will not be considered. An addendum addressing the questions received will be issued no later than 11:30 AM, Friday, April 19th, 2024.
