As indicated in the Contract Drawings and Specifications, the scope of proposed work at the Reynolds Pool includes modifications within the filter room for improvements to the filter equipment and electrical components. The scope of the proposed work at the Greenwood pool filter room includes the installation of a new pump and electrical improvements. All as shown on the Contract Drawings and in the Contract Specifications and as further summarized in Section 01 29 00 Measurement and Payment. A. The work of this Contract is located at the following location address 1. Reynolds Pool Westmoreland Avenue, Longmeadow, Massachusetts 2. Greenwood Pool 211 Maple Road, Longmeadow, Massachusetts IFB - Electrical & Mechanical Improvements 5% bid deposit with bid submission. 100% Performance & Payment bond with contract. Prevailing Wage. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any & all bids, to waive informalities & to award a contract in its best interest.
