Mechanical Upgrades at units 1-36 Rand Circle Danvers, MA 01923 Scope of Temporary Work: This article is not intended to limit the scope of temporary work required under the Contract. Provide all temporary facilities and utilities needed SCOPE OF WORK A. Fur out existing walls with a full height x 4 wide section of min 5/8 CDX Plywood painted black (gap untreated wood from contact with concrete). When installation is over Conc. And not gyp. Fur out plywood section with PT 2x4 or on the flat use masonry nails or screws to fasten. This section of plywood is to support the new combination boiler/ DHW system coordinate with plumbing/HVAC& electrical on final location. (final install should match existing similar installation in completed units #22 & #23) B. Patch any penetrations from demo and new work patch to match existing materials at locations patches should be air and watertight and meet code/ building envelope standards
