Request for Quotes for the Folly Hill Tank Concrete Restoration - Provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to clean the exterior of the tank dome and dome ring where concrete repairs are to be completed. Question Deadline 05/13/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received in writing by the Town of Danvers, 7 Canal Street, Danvers, MA 01923 -- attention Scott Vesey, by email at svesey@danversma.gov The Contract Work for the tank hatch replacements shall include, but is not limited to; providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to remove and replace the 4 smaller existing hatch covers. This includes form, reinforce and pour new cast in place concrete curbs and install four new watertight, lockable aluminum hatches with neoprene gaskets and stainless-steel anchors. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. This section specifies the design and construction ofrehabilitation and retrofit work to be completed on the existing concrete water storage tanks; including all concrete tank cleaning, concrete work and appurtenances directly related to the tanks unless otherwise specified. Removal and replacement ofthe four (4) existing roof access hatches, including new reinforced concrete curbs.
