Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Counce, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This solicitation is to bid for a one- time purchase for the provision of a street repair for Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation at Pickwick Landing State Park's weigh-in station and kayak launch. Please refer to the solicitation documents for information regarding questions and comments due date and a date for the pre-response conference. On-site work shall be performed between April 15, 2024, and June 15, 2025, unless an exception is granted by the Facilities Management Regional Manager. All bids over $100,000 shall include provisions for a payment bond in the amount of twentyfive (25%) of the contract price.
