Question Deadline 10/23/2025 Any prospective Respondent having questions and comments concerning this ITB must provide them in writing to the Solicitation Coordinator. Shingle installation and Roof Repairs on Shelters 5 & 6 and Rock House at Pickwick Landing State Park Furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary for shingle installation and roof repairs on Shelters 5 & 6 and Rock House at Pickwick Landing State Park per the specifications document. The contract will be awarded for all line items to the respondent whose response meets the requirements and criteria at the lowest cost. Respondents must be registered prior to issuance of a contract or purchase order, and should visit the site to take exact measurements and examine the premises before submitting a response. Unit price responses are requested on goods or services that equal or exceed the specifications, unless the specifications limit the dimensions, brands, or model of goods or services. Only first quality goods and workmanship shall be supplied. All goods or services are subject to inspection and evaluation. Respondents shall be properly licensed and must provide evidence of compliance with applicable licensing requirements. The Contractor shall provide a payment bond in an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the maximum liability. The Contractor is responsible for removal of all debris and shall leave the work area in a "broom clean" condition upon completion. The State reserves the right to reject any or all responses, and to require evidence of the respondent's ability to perform the services or deliver the goods required. Award will be based on single award for lowest cost.
