UST Fuel Station Repairs :- Price to furnish and install all parts and equipment needed to repair and upgrade the Town's Fueling Station, 100 Kennedy Drive, as described below: o Stage 1 Repair: o Remove and replace existing failed gas vent. o Remove existing degraded gasoline probe cap. o Furnish, install, and test one (1) new gasoline vent cap. o Spill Bucket Replacement: o Saw-cut, jackhammer, and remove concrete. o Excavate and remove existing failed spill bucket. o Provide and install one (1) SCM-5 Stainless Steel Bucket. o Backfill and finish with spill bucket ring 1/2 " above grade. o Restore concrete. o Tank Sump Repair: o Remove four (4) damaged electrical conduit entry boots. o Provide and install four (4) Icon replacement boots. o Retest Stage 1 System: o Retest tank top sumps. o Test newly installed spill bucket. o Replace - one (1) gasoline dispenser and one (1) diesel dispenser: o Disconnect power, crash valves, and remove / dispose of existing dispensers. o Install one (1) new gasoline and one (1) new diesel "Wayne Select Single Remote Dispenser". o Install (1) external filter kit to each new dispenser. o Start up, prime, calibrate and purge the new dispensers to leave the system ready for use. o Diesel Fuel Filtration and Tank Cleaning: o Pump out any water found in the diesel tank into drums, prior to removing fuel from tank. o Pump out all flowable material from UST into tanker trailer. o Pump out flowable bad fuel at bottom of tank into totes for recycling. o Gain access to UST through manway on top of tank and remove non-pumpable tank bottoms / sludge. o Transfer good fuel back into tank and properly dispose of all contaminated fuel / sludge removed from the tank. The Proposed Contract Price shall be complete costs, including overhead, profit, insurance, transportation, and all other costs connected with, or incidental to the work described. The TOWN will use its best efforts to answer such requests if received seven (7) calendar days before the date for receipt of the bids.
