The City is seeking contractors to be a manufacturer of bituminous concrete and supply the Springfield Department of Public Works along with the Department of Parks, Buildings, and Recreation Management, Facilities and Parks Divisions bituminous concrete for various municipal and school locations throughout the City on an as needed basis. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $300,000.00 per year. All questions should be submitted by 4/10/24 to nsantaniello@springfieldcityhall.com no later than 4:30 P.M. in order to be considered. Up to two contracts may be awarded. The term is one year in length with two renewal options to be used at the City's sole discretion.
