Scope of Services The Caesar Rodney School District is in search of experienced vendor(s) to assist in the maintenance and potential construction of its athletic facilities. The athletic facilities may include, but not be limited to: -Outside natural grass fields and structures -Outside turf fields and structures -Outside tennis courts and structures -Interior gymnasium -Gym floor care/construction -Bleacher maintenance and construction -Gym painting -Gym score boards -Gym wall padding -Sport specific equipment (i.e. basketball hoops, backboards, batting cages, wrestling mats, etc.) -Interior weight room equipment and design -Subcontractor management Late Proposals Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be accepted or considered. To guard against premature opening, sealed proposals shall be submitted, plainly marked with the proposal title, vendor name, and time and date of the proposal opening.
