The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor to supplement the Caesar Rodney School District's needs for Ice Machine, Refrigeration, and Kitchen Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services as described herein. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the Caesar Rodney School District to ensure the most current state-of-the-art material and services. The technical requirements of the RFP are stated in Appendix B. The State of Delaware reserves the right to deny any and all exceptions taken to the RFP requirements. The State reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or nonconforming proposals. The State of Delaware reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part of any proposal, to waive defects, technicalities or any specifications (whether they be in the State of Delaware's specifications or vendor's response), to sit and act as sole judge of the merit and qualifications of each product offered, or to solicit new proposals on the same project or on a modified project which may include portions of the originally proposed project as the State of Delaware may deem necessary in the best interest of the State of Delaware. The State of Delaware may include in the final contract liquidated damages provisions for non-performance. Volumes and Quantities - Activity volume estimates and other quantities have been reviewed for accuracy; however, they may be subject to change prior or subsequent to award of the contract.
