L1821 Terminal E Operational Improvement Project Trade Contractor Pre-qualification Submission - Boston Logan Airport's International Terminal has been undergoing a dramatic transformation. Several additions and renovation projects have been completed to expand and modernize Terminal E to meet the demand and standards of the current day international traveler. The Operational Improvements (OPI) project is intended to expand upon the recent enhancements by addressing many of the inefficiencies in the existing facility's core functions. These include upgrades to; the Baggage handling systems, the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) screening process, the arriving passenger's experience, building circulation and the baggage claim hall. Estimated Cost $156,000,000 Trade Pre-qualifications for: Masonry, Misc. and Ornamental Irons, Waterproofing/Damp-proofing, Roofing, Tile, Acoustic Tile, Resilient Flooring, Terrazzo, Painting, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing All questions relative to your submission shall be directed to CPBidQuestions@massport.com.
