Demolition, site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Highland Parkway Electrical Redistribution. Work includes, but is not limited to, demo and upgrades to existing electrical systems. New pad mounted transformers, medium/low voltage campus distribution feeder system, wiring and installation of new CCTV cameras. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This contract is subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wages, DCAMM and OSHA Certifications. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Selective demolition and upgrades to existing electrical systems. 2. Installation of New Pad Mounted Transformers 3. Installation of New Medium/Low Voltage Campus Distribution Feeder System. 4. Provide new Secondary Feeders for all Buildings. 5. Provide new main disconnecting means at each building. 6. Provide new Campus Tele/Data/Security Conduit System. 7. Removal of existing Medium Voltage Feeders, Pad Mounted Transformers and secondary feeders. 8. Remove and or replace existing CCTV cameras, headend and wiring. 9. Provide work described below for a complete operational remote access CCTV system per the drawings. a. Interior CCTV cameras b. Exterior CCTV cameras c. Equipment d. Mounting hardware e. Enclosures f. 120V wiring power as required for CCTV g. Head end equipment, recorders & licenses 10. All associated excavation, backfill, concrete, pavement and any other earth work necessary to install Primary and Secondary Feeder System and bring site back to its original and proper condition
